Excellent knowledge of operating systems - Windows 2k, 2k3 & Redhat Linux. Knowledge on Active directory may not be required but should be strong in administrating server and troubleshooting OS/performance related issues
Good Knowledge of installation and maintenance of Antivirus, Windows software updates & basic security implementation.
Good knowledge of Server hardware and troubleshooting. Must have knowledge on how to analyze system performance and recommend hardware upgradations suitably.
Excellent knowledge of a application / Technical Support environment.
Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical Skills

Good understand on basics of Database (MySQL & SAP DB), Java applications, Apache web server & Tomcat.
Knowledge of basic Telecommunication & Mobile communication.
Managing structured cabling, Crimping of network cable and troubleshooting network (Server) related issues.
