The KOM should have prior experience working on remote systems at different locations |

Perform periodic reviews within the team and with the Customer. |

Approve operability of new or modified services prior to Service activation |
 |
Participate in operations planning, design, deployment, and modification |
 |
Take full responsibility for prioritizing the tasks presented to the group |
 |
Ensure the availability of tools, equipment and other infrastructure required by the team |
 |
Single point of contact for Customer and all Internal/External Stake holders for that Account. |
| Skills |
 |
Team Handling experience of at least 2yrs |
 |
Should have good working knowledge of Windows 2000 Systems including cluster solutions. |
 |
Experience in handling windows server |
 |
Experience in production support/Application support |
 |
Should have a working knowledge of Networking fundamentals and DB administration. |
 |
Telecom knowledge would be an added advantage. |
 |
Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
