Provide leadership to software engineering team |

The candidate will be responsible for product planning, staffing, and project management to achieve timely delivery of product milestones. |
|
Work closely with the Development and QA leads to complete the design, development and certification of the product. |
|
Engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis, review and design of software and actively participate and coordinate source code review activities. |
|
Enforce and create (when needed) software engineering processes and practices to ensure consistent and reliable delivery of high quality product to suit the constraints and needs of business. |
|
Motivate QA team in creating detailed Test Plans and achieving high levels of Test Automation.Develop and execute software engineering plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources and contribute to systematic management of software releases. |
|
Experience delivering tools/applications for time-critical, enterprise level customers |
| Skills |
|
Demonstrated programming & project execution ability of Java & J2EE applications |
|
Experience with Multithreading on Core Java . Exposure to C++ desired |
|
Good analytical & problem solving skills; Experience in managing and guiding teams |
|
Adeptness in managing and executing multiple projects would be desirable. |
|
Possess exceptional spoken & written communication skills; client facing personality & positive attitude |
