Role
Ability to show original ideas and concepts for developing new revenue generating services and think through from concept to delivery of services in mobile world.
Have direct contact with customer and interface senior level management (VP and above) of customer and “sale” the concept to the customer.
Have complete understanding of OnMobile offering as well as understanding of Telecom Operator's business and based on that work with customer to maximize revenue from OnMobile services.
Ability to work independently for customer discussions.
Ability to develop business case
Have fair knowledge of the telecom space and contribute to new service development with his/her ability to think through possibilities in mobile communication world.
Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts for OnMobile products and services.
Ability to handle team of account managers
SPOC of country’s business operations
Ability to deal issues related to finance, human resources, legal.
Skills
10-12yrs in FMCG/, Media/, Market Research/Telecom.
Client handling and account management
Experience in product life cycle management with profit/loss of product line.
Cross functional responsibility of product management, sales management and marketing management is desirable
Should have proven track records in Business Development in good competitive market.
Strong negotiation skills
Experience in VAS is must
Prior experience in handling clients from Asia Pacific Countries
Soft skills required:
Ability to think out-of-box, creativity
Communication skill (documentation and spoken)
Strong interpersonal relationship building skill.
People Management
Competitor knowledge and good networking ability
Networking capability
Fire-in-the-belly, willing to accept performance based incentive pay as significant component of total compensation
Most important: team player, as well as ability to run with things on own initiative.
