Naresh K. Malhotra graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xaviers College, Calcutta University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1970 trained with Price Waterhouse. |
| He has over 35 years of experience in India and overseas in various companies including Imperial Chemical Industries, Unilever, Colgate Palmolive, Bukhatir Investments, the U B Group, KPMG and Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company. He has previously served as founding partner and managing director of corporate finance in KPMG in India. He is on the board of directors of Blue Star Infotech Limited, Royal Orchid Hotels Limited, Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company Limited (Coffee Day) and a number of other Companies. He is also an advisor to GIV Management Inc., a Washington based venture capital company. He has been appointed as an independent Director by the shareholders of our Company at the AGM held on August 17, 2007. |
