	Sridar A. Iyengar is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales. He has over 38 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting.
He has previously served as chairman and chief executive officer at KPMG, India operations. He is associated with Bessemer Venture Partners and is an independent director of various companies including Infosys Technologies Limited, ICICI Bank Limited and Rediff.com. He has been appointed as an independent Director by the shareholders of our Company at the AGM held on August 17, 2007.
